I have a doctorate degree in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in outpatient counseling and psychiatric services. I have a background in Child Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency and Juvenile Probation.
I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Chicago State University. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
My experience includes working with all age groups throughout the lifespan: children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
I have experience working with individuals and groups struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, behavioral problems, parenting struggle, bullying, self-identity etc.
I am a trauma informed. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help promote and support change and success depending on the needs of the individual. Such approaches may include: Solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
