Shamar Crosley

My name is Shamar Crosley. I’m a Licensed Social Worker. I received a Masters of Social Work at University of St. Francis. I have extensive experience working with people from different backgrounds and ages. I have worked with adults, children, and individuals with intellectual disabilities including experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, suicidal Ideation, and trauma. I have gained my experience by supporting individuals in various settings such as hospitals, shelters, group homes, CILA homes, non profits, and with crisis prevention.

My passion is restoring individuals to a comfortable level of functioning. I meet people where they are. My goal is to assist individuals to recognize and utilize the strengths that they know they posses and the also the ones they dont. I want to teach new skills to my clients to ensure they live a more meaningful life. Together we will tackle any challenges they may have. We will discover ones’ self to work towards establishing a a happier, healthier balanced life.
